1. Promotion Overview

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may collect one (1) punch per promotional week on an official MFNY Card by visiting The Daily Green and completing a qualifying in-store action. Participants who receive punches for all four (4) promotional weeks on the same official MFNY Card will earn one (1) entry into the grand prize drawing for the chance to win one (1) year of free MFNY cannabis products, awarded in the form described below.

Weekly prizes may also be offered while supplies last, subject to availability and these Official Rules.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on March 29, 2026 and ends on April 25, 2026 at the close of business at The Daily Green (“Promotion Period”).

The Promotion includes the following four weekly punch periods:

• Week 1: Bronx Power Line
  March 29, 2026 through April 4, 2026

• Week 2: Manhattan Shuttle
  April 5, 2026 through April 11, 2026

• Week 3: Queens Connector
  April 12, 2026 through April 18, 2026

• Week 4: Brooklyn Local
  April 19, 2026 through April 25, 2026

Sponsor’s computer, point-of-sale system, and/or in-store records are the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

• are twenty-one (21) years of age or older;

• are legal consumers eligible to purchase adult-use cannabis under applicable New York law;

• are able to visit and redeem eligible prizes at The Daily Green in New York, New York; and

• fully comply with these Official Rules.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, MFNY, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win, unless otherwise permitted by law and approved by Sponsor in writing.

The Promotion is void outside New York where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Participate

To participate, an eligible customer must obtain an official MFNY Card from The Daily Green, while supplies last, and receive one (1) valid punch during each of the four (4) promotional weeks.

Participants may earn a maximum of one (1) punch per person per week.

A participant who receives all four (4) weekly punches on the same official MFNY Card by the end of the Promotion Period will be eligible to submit that completed card as one (1) entry into the grand prize drawing, subject to verification.

Qualifying In-Store Method

During each promotional week, a participant may receive that week’s punch by making an eligible in-store cannabis purchase at The Daily Green during the applicable weekly period, subject to store policies, inventory availability, and applicable law.

5. Punch Card Rules

Only official MFNY Cards distributed by Sponsor are valid for this Promotion. Photocopies, screenshots, reproductions, altered cards, counterfeit cards, or cards obtained through unauthorized channels are void.

To be valid:

• Each punch must correspond to the correct promotional week;

• All four punches must appear on the same original MFNY Card;

• The card must be legible and unaltered;

• The card must be submitted by the deadline designated by Sponsor.

Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, forged, tampered-with, or illegible cards are void and will not be replaced, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Participants are responsible for safeguarding their MFNY Card until submission.

6. Weekly Rewards

Participants may also be eligible to receive certain weekly promotional rewards, while supplies last, after receiving the applicable weekly punch. Weekly rewards will include:

• First Stop: 100 rewards points, for the first 1,000 qualifying customers

• Second Stop: Free MFNY battery, for the first 250 qualifying customers

• Third Stop: Free MFNY shirt, for the first 125 qualifying customers

• Fourth Stop: Free Bagel Hole item, for the first 50 qualifying customers

Weekly rewards are subject to availability, inventory, substitution, eligibility verification, and applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any weekly reward with an item of equal or greater approximate value, or to modify reward quantities, if necessary due to inventory shortages, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.

Weekly rewards are available only while supplies last and are not guaranteed to all participants.

7. Grand Prize

One (1) eligible winner will receive one (1) year of free MFNY cannabis products, with an approximate retail value of $2,500 (“Grand Prize”).

Grand Prize Fulfillment

The Grand Prize will not be awarded as a single bulk transfer of cannabis. Instead, it will be fulfilled in a manner compliant with applicable law and Sponsor policy, which may include:

• store credit restricted to eligible MFNY products;

• a series of periodic redemptions;

• weekly and monthly allotments;

• another substantially similar redemption structure determined by Sponsor.

All cannabis redemptions are subject to:

• winner being age 21+ at each redemption;

• valid ID verification;

• product availability;

• purchase and possession limits under applicable law;

• all New York State cannabis laws and regulations;

• store operating policies and hours.

If any portion of the Grand Prize cannot legally be awarded as advertised, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater approximate value in a lawful form, including store credit, merchandise, accessories, or another substitute prize in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible completed MFNY Card entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of receiving a weekly reward depend on timing, availability, and the total number of participating customers during the applicable week.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

The potential grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible completed entries received.

The drawing will take place on or about Friday, May 8th, 2026, or another date determined by Sponsor within a reasonable time after the Promotion Period ends.

The potential winner may be notified by phone, email, and/or in person using the contact information provided at submission. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful notification attempts due to incomplete, illegible, blocked, disconnected, or inaccurate contact information.

Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner may be required to:

• present valid government-issued identification;

• complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility;

• sign a liability/publicity release where permitted by law;

• complete any tax documentation required by law;

• confirm compliance with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time period specified by Sponsor, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Prize Conditions

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Cannabis products may only be redeemed by the verified winner in person, and only in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and store procedures. Winner may be required to sign additional redemption acknowledgments at the time of each cannabis-related redemption.

No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot legally be awarded.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and Promotional Partner to use the winner’s name, first name and last initial, likeness, voice, photograph, hometown, statements, and/or prize information for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes, in its sole discretion, has:

• tampered with the entry process or operation of the Promotion;

• violated these Official Rules;

• acted in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful manner;

• used automated, duplicated, forged, or otherwise impermissible methods to participate.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, public health issues, inventory shortages, force majeure events, regulatory changes, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among eligible entries received prior to the disruption, or to provide an alternative method of participation or prize fulfillment.

13. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Promotional Partner, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, landlords, property managers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation, or product liability claims, except where prohibited by law.

14. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or altered entry materials;

• technical, electronic, or human error;

• printing or typographical errors in any Promotion materials;

• interrupted, unavailable, or inaccurate store, website, internet, or mobile services;

• unauthorized intervention or fraud;

• any inability of a participant to receive a punch, submit an entry, or redeem a prize due to inventory, legal restrictions, or store closures.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a state or federal court located in New York County, New York, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor for the administration of the Promotion, winner verification, prize fulfillment, legal compliance, and, where permitted by law, marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

By participating, entrants consent to such collection, use, and disclosure of their information for these purposes.

17. Winner List

To request the name of the confirmed grand prize winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope no later than sixty (60) days after the Promotion ends to:
