The Summer of Rythm Beach Vacation Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Daily Green, located in Times Square, New York, NY.
Weekly prizes may also be offered while supplies last, subject to availability and these Official Rules.
This Promotion is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:
are twenty-one (21) years of age or older;
are legal consumers eligible to purchase adult-use cannabis under applicable New York law;
are able to visit and redeem eligible prizes at The Daily Green in New York, New York; and
fully comply with these Official Rules.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Brand Partner, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM (ET) and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET) (the “Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible.
Customers who make a qualifying purchase of $75 or more (pre-tax) at The Daily Green during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) Summer of Rythm Scratch-Off Card while supplies last.

Each mail-in entry must be sent in a separate envelope and postmarked during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Mail-in entries will be treated the same as Scratch-Off entries.
