By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
The Frequent Flyer Passport campaign (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Daily Green, located in Times Square, New York, NY.
This Promotion is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:
are twenty-one (21) years of age or older;
are legal consumers eligible to purchase adult-use cannabis under applicable New York law;
are able to visit and redeem eligible prizes at The Daily Green in New York, New York; and
fully comply with these Official Rules.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Brand Partner, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes begins on August 15th, 2026 at 12:00 PM (ET) and ends on September 30th, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET) (the “Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible.
Customers who make a qualifying purchase of $50 or more (pre-tax) at The Daily Green during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) Frequent Flyer Passport Stamp on their Passport Book.
Once customers have filled out all 5 stamp spots on their Frequent Flyer Passport Book, they are eligible for one entry into the Frequent Flyer Passport drawing.

Each mail-in entry must be sent in a separate envelope and postmarked during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Mail-in entries will be treated the same as Passport Book entries.

The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about October 7th, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a state or federal court located in New York County, New York, to the extent permitted by law.
